  1. We confirm the right contact and availability for a discussion
  2. A scoping meeting identifies your sources, workflows and constraints
  3. We propose the template adaptation and deployment model
  4. Access is created once the workflow is ready to use
  5. You test XML files with your authorized EUDAMED access, then import responses into the platform to diagnose and correct rejections

This first meeting lets us:

  • identify the EUDAMED modules and operations involved
  • map the product files and data that will feed the templates
  • choose between the online platform and local execution
  • organize acceptance testing using your own access to the EUDAMED test environment

After scoping

  • an integration scope is documented
  • the Excel templates to adapt are identified
  • priority checks and dictionaries are listed
  • a deployment and access plan is proposed
